The Africa Institute (AI) is seeking the services of a qualified consultant to undertake a study that will enable the member countries to use economic instruments to achieve a more sustainable management of waste oil and lead acid battery scraps. Proposals are invited for a study on the application of economic instruments on waste oil and lead acid battery scraps in eight African countries. See the Terms of Reference (ToR).
